Project Management – Complete services in bidding and contractor selection, cost estimating and tracking, scheduling, equipment specification development, procurement, commissioning/startup and project final documentation. As well as experienced construction supervision for assistance with construction and fabrication planning, safety programs, etc.
Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) – Development of Class III project cost estimates to support project funding. Team compiled of appropriate disciplines to develop project schedule, obtain vendor quotes on major equipment, identify long-lead time material and equipment for early procurement and generate preliminary drawings.
